We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team. This role is responsible for driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence within the organization. The National Sales Manager - B2C Retail will build and maintain a highly effective sales agency team for B2C sales who is focused on achieving national sales objectives which are in line with corporate goals. Position is responsible for sales in B2C DIY retailers' business segment and for becoming an expert in B2C segment, the customers, and how to deliver differentiating value. Will manage approximately $20M in revenue, 3 account managers and provide oversite for up to 30 accounts. Responsible for fostering and developing relationships with stakeholders in key accounts. Will manage relationships with other intercompany functions to ensure appropriate resources are available and focused to support selling objectives and the growth/profitability of the Pro-Sales Group. #LI-TJ1 Key Responsibilities
