You will monitor alarms and video systems, manage radio and phone communications, dispatch officers to incidents, document activity in reports, and support a welcoming client experience. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Operate the dispatch function by monitoring alarm panels, cameras and/or other surveillance systems, receiving calls for service and coordinating responses with on-site personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details and relaying information to appropriate contacts.
  • Communicate via phone, radio and/or computer systems to support security-related operations, including tracking officer locations and coordinating patrol coverage as needed.
  • Complete required logs, incident reports and other documentation in a clear and timely manner, escalating issues per site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have 3+ years' combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.
  • Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be 21+ years of age.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
