**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Vice President, Marketing & Communications serves as a pivotal individual contributor within BNY's Marketing function. This role is integral in promoting and enhancing the company's brand and communication strategies. The position aligns closely with BNY's strategic pillars and principles by fostering innovation, collaboration, and client-centric strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of marketing trends and an ability to implement strategies that support BNY's goals of driving growth, operational excellence, and delivering superior client experiences. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies by leveraging industry knowledge and data-driven insights to enhance BNY's brand presence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives, demonstrating expertise in integrated marketing communications. - Lead the creation of compelling content and communication materials that resonate with target audiences, by applying advanced marketing techniques and tools. - Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of key performance indicators. - Drive innovation in marketing practices by exploring new digital platforms and strategies to engage clients and stakeholders effectively. - Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to optimize marketing efforts and achieve strategic objectives. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Advanced degree preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** -Typically 5-12+ years of experience. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred . **SKILLS:** - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to drive brand growth and engagement. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $134,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. | |
