We are seeking a qualified candidate for a Maintenance Lead at our Manufacturing facility in Russellville, Arkansas

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate activities of maintenance technicians.
• Assign daily maintenance tasks and prioritize work orders.
• Ensure maintenance work is performed safely and according to company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance team members.

Equipment Maintenance

• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist with complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs.

Production Support

• Respond quickly to production equipment failures.
• Work closely with production supervisors to reduce downtime.
• Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement corrective actions.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the maintenance team.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities.

• Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skilll
