In this role, you will serve as a high-level consultant, directly influencing how global construction firms optimize their operations. You will have the unique opportunity to design custom, strategic solutions from the ground up, turning complex business challenges into tangible software deliverables that shape the future of the AECO industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

* Lead the case intake and analysis of customer business goals to design strategic software customization projects.

* Act as a consultant to define needs, determine strategy, and develop comprehensive proposals and work orders.

* Spearhead the creation of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for innovative custom solutions.

* Drive internal feedback cycles to refine future scoping efforts and maintain high-quality documentation.

* Collaborate with Technical Services Specialists to ensure seamless project handovers and successful delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in business, training, or technology

* 3+ years of software consulting or 2 years of custom solution delivery experience.

* Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems and accounting software.

* Proven ability to review SQL data outputs and translate technical findings into business insights.

* Deep understanding of accounting principles (Payroll, AP/AR, GL) and project management practices.

* Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Bonus Points For:

* Familiarity with the construction industry, construction accounting, or Trimble Viewpoint / Spectrum ERP.

* Experience using PSA tools such as NetSuite, FinancialForce, or Kimble.

* Prior experience in a professional services environment with billable revenue expectations.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
