Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Cost Analyst to support financial governance, cost optimization, and cloud economics across activities supporting the analytics and intelligence mission of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The Cloud FinOps & Cost Analyst will work closely with cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, program leadership, and financial management teams to analyze cloud consumption, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support financial planning for cloud migration and modernization initiatives. This position plays a critical role in improving cost transparency, budget forecasting, and operational efficiency across CBP cloud environments. Support will be provided across multiple mission locations:

Target Salary Range $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
