Job Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the execution of Bugcrowd's business strategy by engaging directly with prospects, customers, and partners to expand the adoption of crowdsourced security solutions. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen the Bugcrowd brand. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role within a rapidly evolving organization, requiring adaptability, strong collaboration, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by identifying and closing sales opportunities within the Commercial and Mid-Market segments, while understanding customer technical requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Research and identify potential accounts, build relationships with prospects, and develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting materials to advance and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners, account executives, and internal teams to develop and close opportunities.
- Operate effectively within a channel sales environment and support partner-driven opportunities.
- Work closely with procurement stakeholders to support deal progression and successful contract execution.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential opportunities and strengthen sales positioning.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Bugcrowd products and services through ongoing training and enablement programs.
- Track and report key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities and consistently work toward exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Experience using Google Workspace tools, generating pipeline, selling into the commercial segment, and operating sales through the channel.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sell solution-based offerings.
- Experience preparing proposals and presentations that support successful deal closure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while growing a book of business.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within teams, and interested in building a long-term career in a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

The provided salary details are based on US national averages and we retain the flexibility to tailor to the needs of the business. The national estimate for the current base range for the position of Inside Sales Rep is $67,400 - $74,000. This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
