This is an onsite, full-time, PLS Project Coordinator 1 position located in Oakdale, MN, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Compensation: $26.00 per hour Summary: The Project Coordinator at Pace Life Sciences, Inc. provides crucial administrative and organizational support to project managers and teams, ensuring the efficient execution of analytical projects from initiation to completion.
Job Responsibilities: * Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities and timelines. * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and documenting minutes. * Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and communication logs. * Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, clients, and internal departments. * Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns to the Project Manager as needed. * Prepare and format various project-related reports, presentations, and correspondence. * Assist with resource allocation and tracking, including equipment and personnel. * Support the creation and management of project budgets and expense tracking. * Organize and maintain project files and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval of information. * Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within a scientific, laboratory, or technical environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team. * Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, timelines) is a plus. * Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) is desirable.
