Description Management/Leadership Summary: The Learning Technology and Experience Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) program and leads a team of Learning Technology Specialists. This role enforces established governance standards and operating procedures, oversees release cycles and system audits, ensures accessibility and regulatory compliance, and coordinates assignments and workflows. The Supervisor will partner closely with leaders and subject matter experts to support organizational learning priorities and deliver a consistent, effective learner experience.
