We're looking for a Practice Leader to drive the strategy and execution of our Enterprise Services division. You'll be the executive force behind our largest clients, leading a team of 30+ to ensure they realize the full value of our platform. In this role, you'll oversee a $10M+ book of business, bridging the gap between tactical delivery and high-level strategic partnership. You'll be instrumental in shaping our approach to complex implementations including ERP integrations as well as mentoring our delivery teams, and ensuring our Strategic Engagement Managers are set up to orchestrate multi-year digital transformations. This role will report to the NAMER Delivery, Senior Director and can be based remotely from a US location or in one of our US offices. We're looking for someone to join our team immediately. Base Pay Range: 214,880.00 - 295,460.00 USD AnnualOn Target Earning Range: 252,800.00 - 347,600.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
