What It Takes to Lead the Crew:

• Bring 3+ years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment (electronics assembly preferred).
• Demonstrate experience improving production processes and raising team performance standards.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to support production planning and operational visibility.
• Apply strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve production challenges.
• Lead with a hands-on management style, actively supporting the production floor and team development.
• Operate safely in a manufacturing environment, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 production employees across assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Drive daily production execution to meet schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Improve operational efficiency by increasing throughput, reducing waste, and strengthening production discipline.
• Identify and resolve workflow, staffing, or material bottlenecks impacting production output.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Oversee daily production schedules to ensure output targets and quality standards are met.
• Support purchasing coordination to maintain material availability and promote cost awareness.
• Maintain a strong floor presence while guiding teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
