Shift: Monday - Saturday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Goal-oriented and motivated
• Experience in agency or bank recovery preferred but not required
• Telemarketing or customer service experience a plus
• Knowledge of FDCPA, credit bureau reports, and computer skills helpful

Essential Functions:

• Achieve department standards and goals by contacting clients and collecting on debtor accounts.
• Work the minimum number of accounts per hour as set by management.
• Set up payment arrangements with debtors and follow up on those arrangements.
• Follow up on accounts until they are paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible.
• Perform skip tracing tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of account activity.
• Adhere to all FDCPA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
