Our client located in Waukesha, WI are adding direct hired Set Up operators/ Brake operators and Machinists to their growing production team. We have opportunities on 1st 6am-2pm, 2 nd 2PM-10PM Mon-Fri and 3 rd 10PM-6AM Sun-Thu available. Both 2 nd and 3 rd shift offer a +3/hour shift premium on your regular hourly wage. If you can read blueprints, complete programming, set up etc. we want to speak to you. Responsibilities: * Perform Open Table Set Up * Ability to set up blocks * Ability to use indicators and edge finders * Ability to make calculated adjustments when needed * Work with probes and universal & right-angled heads * Utilize Heidenhain controls * Work with 5-Axis machines * Determine stock removal rates Experience: * A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a CNC Open Table Set-Up Machinist required * Experience with Fanuc & Heidenhain Controls preferred * Job shop/Low Volume/Large Weldments experience required * Experience with tool making * Ability to understand G54 work coordinators with numerous offsets * High School diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements: * Ability to move or transfer products with an overhead crane and forklift * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required * While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms * Specific vision abilities required in this job including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package after 30 days of employment that includes: Medical, Company Paid Dental, Company Paid Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K, Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement, Wellness Program and more. | |
