Our new, state-of-the-art support facility in Apopka, Florida provides laundry and warehouse resources for the Orlando hotel campus, plus opportunities to join the Loews family and grow your career.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida Driver License required.
  • Previous experience in commercial laundry is preferred.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience driving and operating box trucks (light or medium-duty), cargo vans, small flatbed or refrigerated trucks preferred.
  • English communication skills are required (read, write, speak).
  • Must be able to follow maps or directions to meet destination in a safe and efficient manner in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to push or pull laundry bins/carts loaded with 200-250 lbs. of soiled or dry laundry.
  • Able to stand, stoop, bend, twist, lift, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain pick-up and delivery schedules throughout the day and maintains laundry trucks in good working conditions.
  • Complete linen inventory daily.
  • Load and unload linen to and from truck.
  • Other duties as assigned.
