What It Takes

• 3 years of experience required on cherry picker and stand-up forklift
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs safely
• Focused on safety and precision
• Steady under pressure, solid with the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking:Accurately pick orders using RF scanners to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
• Packing:Efficiently pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and properly labeled.
• Palletizing:Organize and palletize orders in preparation for shipment, ensuring stability and proper handling.
• Loading/Unloading:Load and unload trailers by hand, ensuring all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Inventory Management:Assist with inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate records and availability.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping and report any discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• General Maintenance:Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and removing debris as necessary.
