Aquent is partnering with a global eCommerce giant that is revolutionizing the digital shopping experience. We are seeking a high-energy Account Manager to join a specialized pod of 5 other Account Strategists on the Toys team. You will act as the vital link between business units and creative production teams, ensuring that creativity meets commerce at a massive scale.

What You'll Do

Relationship & Stakeholder Management



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business decision-makers, cultivating robust long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the "linchpin" between business units and creative teams to ensure service delivery meets (and exceeds) expectations.
  • Manage conflict and lead issue resolution efficiently when project challenges arise.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, additional support, and service expansion.


Project & Workflow Oversight



  • Guide teams through the end-to-end creative and production process.
  • Manage content calendars and monitor seasonal business needs to inform large-scale creative campaigns.
  • Ensure project schedules are clearly communicated, understood, and strictly adhered to.
  • Develop and document standardized protocols to ensure a premium experience for all stakeholders.


Quality & Strategy



  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to audit final output, ensuring all imagery meets brand standards.
  • Review major deliverables (strategic briefs, style guides, test imagery) prior to final delivery.
  • Provide feedback to management on personnel allocation and workflow optimization.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years in account management or client services within a creative production environment or media agency.
  • Tech Stack: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) on Mac or PC.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Integrity: A high level of ethics and a commitment to quality standards.

  1. Strategic Retail Media Expertise: Proven experience driving strategy on high-level retail media accounts.
  2. Client-Facing Professionalism: Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and handle objections with a solution-oriented mindset.
  3. Sales Synergy: Direct experience collaborating with sales teams to align creative output with revenue goals.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience managing accounts valued at $1M+.
  • A track record of building and implementing long-term strategic creative plans.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.90 to $55.44. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
