The ideal candidate is comfortable thinking beyond traditional playbooks and designing thoughtful, compliant strategies that enable the company to hire and retain the people needed to advance our mission while supporting our global expansion. About the Role:The Head of Global Mobility and Immigration will lead and scale OpenAI's immigration, relocation, and mobility tax programs during a period of rapid company growth and global expansion. This role requires someone who can operate strategically while also building and refining the operational systems that enable the company to hire and support talent from around the world. You will partner closely with Legal, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure OpenAI's immigration and mobility programs support the company's growth while managing legal and compliance risk. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional support to employees and candidates navigating immigration and relocation processes. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is comfortable operating without rigid playbooks, and can design creative solutions tailored to OpenAI's unique pace, scale, and global hiring needs.
