Here's What You'll Need:

• 2 years of recent customer service experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAGE X3 (ERP/CRM for manufacturing & distribution) is a plus.
• Reliable attendance.
• Work closely under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, as well as various personnel within our warehouse, purchasing, transportation & sales account team, as well as executive management.
• Develop work relationships with customers and understand their ordering cycles is key.
• Follow and execute job duties in accordance with our S.O.P.s / Work Instructions.
• Organized with clean, accurate documentation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
