Job Title: Training Specialist II
Location: Rosemead, CA 91770 (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $37/hr.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Training Specialist III to support the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. Under the general supervision of the Training Manager, this role will assist in designing and implementing training initiatives while also serving as a training instructor. The ideal candidate will have experience developing instructional materials, delivering training sessions, and effectively communicating technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of training programs.
• Serve as a training instructor, delivering training sessions and facilitating learning activities.
• Provide orientation and training for supervisory, administrative, professional, direct care, and support staff.
• Prepare and maintain instructional materials, training documentation, and learning resources.
• Support the training department with administrative and operational training activities.
• Communicate complex technical and non-technical information in a clear and easily understandable manner.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure training initiatives align with organizational needs.
• Assist with tracking and documenting training activities and program outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the training department.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing and/or delivering training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts to various audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration abilities.
