Summary: The Vice President of EMEA will lead the team in meeting or exceeding budget revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets while ensuring compliance in highly regulated, access-controlled markets. This executive role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise across multiple segments including commercial, cargo, and engine operation and a proven track record in business development. This is a leadership role accountable for the development and execution of Chromalloy's EMEA market business strategy, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with Airline's, major engine lessors and a familiarity with the Engine MRO's to drive growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in managing customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering innovation leading to a tailored customer solution.



Key Objectives



  • Develop and implement strategic plans that advance the company's mission and objectives, driving revenue growth and market expansion throughout EMEA.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations across all aerospace segments, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain activities. Oversee cargo and engine operations to integrate these critical areas into a cohesive strategy.
  • Lead initiatives to develop and expand the engine business segment. Collaborate with engine OEMs, MRO facilities and major engine lessors to secure key contracts, optimize engine performance, and innovate engine-related solutions.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage the division's business plan to achieve targeted ROI and profitability objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's footprint across both traditional aerospace and emerging engine technologies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams. Leverage existing affiliations with major engine lessors to secure favorable leasing terms and support operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Navigate Complex Regulatory Environment: Lead efforts in managing operations within highly regulated, access-controlled energy markets, ensuring compliance while addressing fiscal pressures and competitive market dynamics.
  • Drive the acceptance and adoption of non-OEM parts by effectively communicating the value, proposition, overcoming technical, legal, and market entry barriers from incumbent OEM and engine asset owners.
  • Provide proactive and strategic leadership to align internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives. Demonstrate a high level of personal commitment of planning and stakeholder management.
  • Manage all customer relationships and team for the Aeros EMEA Market
  • Drive improved profitability for the aggregated EMEA business with 20% YOY increases in Margins
  • Ensure working capital is respected for the business, with AP and AR, as well as Inventory in line with targets
  • Collaborate with BD teams, ECRS and Parts business to ensure robust pipeline of new solutions for the market and efforts to aggressively campaign for incremental sales / customer wallet
  • Be the external face of CHROMALLOY for the EMEA Market, with bias toward panel engagement, visibility at industry events and first line of escalation for all customer interactions.



Primary Accountabilities:



  • Manage EMEA Market & Programs to meet/exceed budgeted revenue, EBITDA, and Cash targets along with meeting stated growth targets.
  • Build and develop a world-class team of talented employees that can develop and deliver the operational goals of the EMEA Market & Programs and can collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Serve as an integral member of the Chromalloy extended leadership team providing insight and expertise on company-wide strategy, operational and key customer issues.
  • Representing Chromalloy and the EMEA Market & Programs to the external marketplace, particularly with strategic customers and industry groups where establishing Chromalloy's value proposition is key to establishing or growing those relationships.
  • Represent the EMEA Market & Programs internally to senior leadership, which may include the company's Board of Directors, as needed and requested.
  • Manage an EMEA team that is driven to sell the entire Chromalloy portfolio of products across the Parts, Repairs and the CMS-USM business units.

Minimum Requirements:


Education: Undergraduate degree, MBA strongly preferred


Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience including at least 6 years in a senior leadership role in a similar operating environment / scope.



Skills / Requirements:



  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, cargo operations, engine technologies, and leasing standards.
  • Required strong knowledge of all Engine OEM platforms and derivatives and their applications.
  • Requires deep understanding of industry trends for acceptance of third-party aftermarket solutions and service
  • Established relationships for engine sales, shop visit data, sourcing of restorable or part out turbines, understanding of market drivers and competitive landscape for those opportunities.


  • Must have demonstrated the ability to build, develop and deploy a high-performance team.


  • Should be able to demonstrate a strong business, commercial and strategy acumen with a global perspective.
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience with financial profit and loss statements. Preferably has successful track record running a P&L entity or unit.
  • Demonstrated industry and product line experience including in-depth technology/product knowledge, industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Must demonstrate an effective communication skill/style to present complex ideas in a compelling and comprehensive manner.
  • A relentless and versatile learner who is open to change and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
  • Good computer experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products.
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively as required. This could frequently exceed 50%, given need to build strategy and manage customer relationships and drive execution within your EMEA team.
