The Customer Education Specialist is responsible for establishing and delivering leading edge in-house and virtual customer training on Cytek products. This dynamic role requires an individual passionate about adult education. The Customer Education Specialist will not only deliver high impact training to customers in an efficient manner but also ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. In collaboration with other members of the team, this role will be responsible for contributing to educational content creation and recommendations for the improvement of course effectiveness. - Independently plan, deliver, and facilitate highimpact customer education sessions in person and virtually, using discretion to tailor content to audience needs.
- Apply professional expertise to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate training effectiveness, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Program Design and Development:
- Use specialized knowledge of Cytek products and adult learning principles to design and develop training curricula, materials, and digital learning assets.
- Lead the design of learning strategies using instructional design best practices to deliver effective, engaging learning experiences for diverse customer groups. Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor training-related expenses, analyze resource utilization, and recommend costefficient strategies that support departmental and organizational objectives.
- Own the selection of vendors, tools, and methods that optimize training effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Technology Integration:
- Evaluate training technologies, tools, and platforms; recommend and implement solutions that enhance training delivery and learner engagement.
- Manage and utilize learning management systems (LMS) and related digital platforms to deliver, track, and assess training programs.
Evaluation, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and conduct assessments, surveys, and data analyses to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Interpret feedback and performance data, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements to training methods, content, and delivery.
Product Knowledge and Adoption Enablement:
- Leverage training sessions to effectively demonstrate Cytek's product portfolio-including instruments, reagents, and solutions-to support customer adoption.
- Document customer insights, field intelligence, and recurring training needs; communicate findings to internal partners to support product and service optimization.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences, Education, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in Flow cytometry and cell analysis, cell sorting experience preferred.
- Experience in technical customer education, designing and delivering training programs, training software and technologies preferred.
- Must be assertive, highly organized, computer literate, have excellent communication skills and be able to work unsupervised.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Effective organization and planning skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Must be analytically skilled, excellent in English; other European languages are a definite asset.
- Passionate about technologies, keen interest in learning about life sciences and diagnostics.
- Demonstrates ability to operate independently and strategically to achieve individual and corporate goals.
