As an integral part of our team, you will assist in overseeing project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, manage documentation, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (internships do not count towards experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work overtime if necessary Experience with Primavera Contract Manager or similar change management software is preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders Nice to Have Skills: Experience managing RFP packages and detailed scope of work development Knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocols Familiarity with project scheduling and cost reporting Prior experience with contract administration, including change orders and invoice approvals Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent from an accredited college or university At least 5 years of applicable industry experience in project management support roles Other Requirements: This is a full-time onsite role in Atlanta, GA, or Chattanooga, TN Must be willing to travel 20% to 35% Adherence to safety policies and active promotion of safety standards on all projects Ready to make a meaningful impact through your project management skills?
