IMMEDIATE BILINGUAL SPANISH EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST PUBLIC AFFAIRS AND CONSULTING FIRMS IN THE AREA PERMANENT LONG TERM JOB OPPORTUNITY NEW YORK CITY, NY (ON SITE ONLY) MONDAY - FRIDAY $75,000/YEAR Qualifications * 3 years executive assistant experience * Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite * Spanish fluency preferred; conversational considered * Discreet and professional * Proactive and comfortable managing up * Entertainment industry familiarity a plus, not required Responsibilities * Calendar and schedule management for the principal * Email triage and correspondence on the principal's behalf * Travel coordination, transportation, and itinerary management * Schedule coordination with family assistant as needed * Office filing and organization (physical and digital) * Proactively stock and maintain office supplies, including shared resources with residence * Coordinate all office vendors and maintenance (cleaning, A/V, plumbing, etc.) * Manage office expenses, petty cash, and budget tracking * On-set logistical support as needed * Must be reachable remotely for urgent matters outside standard business hours * Function as the liaison between different offices within the company Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.
