Low Voltage Technician Job Overview We are seeking dependable, entry-level Low Voltage Technicians to support cable installation in large industrial and commercial environments. This role is ideal for individuals with a basic wiring or electrical background who are looking to build a long-term career in low voltage systems. Technicians will work under the direction of experienced leads in fast-paced, highly congested job sites such as manufacturing plants or large commercial construction projects. Candidates must be able to stay focused, work independently with minimal supervision, and consistently show up ready to work. Responsibilities * Run and install low-voltage cabling in industrial and commercial environments * Take direction from lead technicians and follow job site instructions * Work safely and efficiently around other trades in busy, high-traffic areas * Maintain productivity with little supervision * Consistently report to work on time and complete assigned tasks Required Skills & Qualifications * Wiring Experience: Entry-level candidates with basic wiring or electrical experience who are interested in starting a career in low voltage * Tools: Must have basic hand tools used for low-voltage work * Lift Certification: Scissor lift and/or boom lift certification required * Work Ethic: Dependable, self-motivated, and able to stay on task in a chaotic environment * References: Managerial references required to verify reliability and work performance Work Environment * Large manufacturing plants and commercial construction sites * Congested job sites with multiple trades working simultaneously * Physically active role requiring comfort working at heights using lifts Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
