You'll start in a structured training program that teaches you the mortgage basics, sales skills, and licensing prep you need to grow into a successful Loan Officer. What You'll Be Doing * Train directly under highperforming mortgage bankers and sales leaders * Learn real sales tactics through handson coaching * Receive calls from warm leads * Use CRM and loan origination systems (full training provided) * Guide customers through the loan process with strong communication and service * Participate in team meetings, contests, and performancebased incentives * Work in a fastmoving, competitive, teamoriented environment Pay, Schedule & Logistics * Onsite role in Scottsdale * Monday-Friday, daytime schedule * Base salary * Uncapped bonus structure with multiple earning tiers * Expected firstyear income: $85K-$125K * Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and companypaid licensing What Success Looks Like * Passing your licensing exam during the training period * High call energy, responsiveness, and consistent followthrough * Ability to quickly learn systems and apply coaching * Strong customer conversations that build trust and move deals forward * Hitting monthly funded volume goals and progressing through earning tiers * Contributing to a competitive team culture that celebrates performance Requirements MustHave * Comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with customers * Competitive mindset with motivation to earn and advance * Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale * Organized, proactive, and able to learn quickly * Comfortable working in a highexpectation, fastpaced environment NicetoHave * Previous sales experience (phone sales, doortodoor, retail, auto, etc.) * Experience working in teambased or performancedriven settings * Interest in finance, lending, or longterm sales careers Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
