IMMEDIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST DISPOSAL COMPANIES IN THE AREA FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM CLIFTON PARK, NY (ON SITE ONLY) $20/HR Qualifications: * 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting * Microsoft office proficient * Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: * Answer incoming customer calls and process requests for new service, service changes, or service discontinuation. * Accept and process customer payments. * Research and resolve billing inquiries; update customer account information as needed. * Communicate with customers and internal teams to determine service requirements and resolve issues or complaints. * Provide costeffective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions to customer service challenges. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton Park, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
