Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Job Description This is a hands-on, high-exposure role ideal for someone early in their career looking to gain real-world experience across sales, marketing, product, and customer insights. As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Product Manager, Marketing, and Sales teams to support day-to-day operations, engage with customers and dealers, and help bring our products and brand to life. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in digital marketing, CRM, trade shows, reporting, and content creation while gaining a deep understanding of how a leading consumer brand connects with its customers. Responsibilities * Respond to web inquiries, route quote submissions, and answer product and ordering questions. * Build and maintain a centralized database of product specifications, materials, and FAQs. * Assist with preparation and execution of 4-6 trade shows per year and attend 3-4. * Work alongside the Sales team to educate and engage prospective customers in the showroom. * Coordinate shipment of merchandise and point-of-purchase materials to dealers. * Maintain accurate contact records and support Sales team CRM usage. * Create recurring and ad-hoc sales reports to support decision-making. * Monitor social media, engage with camper owner groups and forums as appropriate. * Track and report on consumer satisfaction and feedback. * Update annual pricing, test site functionality, and revise product content on the website. * Manage item setup, pricing updates, and inventory oversight for the online store. * Assist with content creation for marketing initiatives, including web, social, and email. * Gather and analyze data related to products, competitors, and market trends. Essential Skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in business, marketing, or a related area. * Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills. * Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. * WordPress experience is a plus. * Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. * Ability to travel and work weekends 3-4 times per year for trade show support. * Passion for camping and the outdoors; camper experience is a plus. Some visits to trade shows are also required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Woodland, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
