Scheduled Hours/Days: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Minnesota teaching license that allows them to teach grades 6-8 Band. Experience teaching Middle School Band is not required but is preferred.

Pay Rate/Range: 2026-2027 NEA Agreement BA-$57,681 - MA40-$95,320. Base pay DOQ.

Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will need to teach bands of 35-45 students in grades 6, 7 and 8. This person will need to find engaging and challenging music that keeps students interest in this every day class. This person must also be able to organize 3-4 evening concerts a year, teach a middle school Jazz band and collaborate with both the high school and elementary school band teachers.
