As a key contributor to the User Experience and Design team, you will be instrumental in transforming complex financial concepts into elegant, accessible, and highly functional digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with strategic partners, guiding design decisions and ensuring that every solution reflects a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives. **Your Impactful Responsibilities Will Include:**

* Facilitating engaging and collaborative design sessions, including sketching and ideation workshops.

* Leading design reviews and driving critical design decisions with confidence and clarity.

* Crafting comprehensive design solutions for a diverse user base, encompassing both professional and end-client experiences.

* Ensuring design consistency by faithfully translating established patterns and design systems.

* Visualizing ideas through clear and effective means, such as sketches, diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, accompanied by appropriate documentation.

* Setting project expectations, prioritizing design activities, and maintaining organized design schedules.

* Communicating project status and agreements effectively with the broader project team and management.

* Conducting primary design activities, creating high-quality deliverables, and performing expert-level quality assurance.

* Actively participating in and supporting user research efforts to inform design decisions.

* Championing continuous improvement in design processes and methods, focusing on both effectiveness and efficiency.

* Collaborating seamlessly with all partners to deliver exceptional work and supporting fellow team members.

* Listening strategically to feedback, guiding delivery, and maintaining an open, adaptable design perspective.

* Demonstrating a passionate commitment to the team, its mission, and the needs of partners and users.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Expertise in foundational User Experience (UX) principles.

* Proven experience in executing high-fidelity design deliverables.

* Demonstrated experience with documentation and project tracking using industry-standard tools.

* A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to visualize ideas, from conceptual sketches to detailed prototypes.

* Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and iterative design processes.

* Ability to maintain high design standards and conduct thorough QA.

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in the financial services industry or designing for complex service platforms.

* Familiarity with responsive mobile design principles.

* A proactive approach to learning new design theory, practices, and tools.

* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in design.
