What You'll Do:

As a key contributor to the creative and visual merchandising teams, you will:

• Efficiently manage and organize seasonal product samples, ensuring they are readily available for studio and visual merchandising needs.
• Implement robust tracking systems for sample arrivals, maintaining precise records and proactively communicating any delays or issues to relevant teams.
• Curate and maintain impeccable sample racks and storage areas, guaranteeing optimal accessibility and organization.
• Provide essential support for studio set preparation, contributing to a clean, efficient, and inspiring creative workspace.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations, aligning with strategic initiatives.
• Master task prioritization to consistently meet deadlines and actively support overarching team objectives.
• Assist with various studio photography needs, ensuring visual assets are prepared and managed effectively.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, or sample management is highly valued.
• Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities, coupled with a proactive and meticulous approach to tasks.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration within a creative environment.
• Proficiency in essential tools like Excel and email, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems.
