Responsibilities Are you a skilled employee relations investigator known for your objectivity and discretion? Are you looking for a flexible work environment that offers challenging work and a supportive cross functional team for those complex cases? The Employee Relations team is responsible for providing support and direction to the business partners and other stakeholders by providing policy guidance and interpretation, including policies and practices related to disciplinary actions, performance, compliance, and other matters. This will include conducting trainings on topics such as investigative best practices, online case management tool, relevant employment law, and company policy. As a trusted colleague, this individual will build strong relationships with HR and across all functions of the organization. Qualifications
Bachelor's (or equivalent years working in employee relations or similar HR role) with
5+ years' experience leading detailed and complex investigations into potential company policy violations and a great understanding of conflict resolution.

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
