Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

    Manages and leads all phases of a full lifecycle analysis program and coordinates the management of all work performed under the contract.
  • Majority of work will be performed onsite in McLean, VA (75%) with approximately 25% of work to be conducted onsite in Chantilly, VA.
  • Acts as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative, other customer officials and the Contractor functional support.
  • Responsible for all the financials, cost, schedule and technical performance of multiple projects or major tasks. Responsible for an Integrated Master schedule that is maintained across all projects with milestones and resources tracked through the schedule.
  • Coordinates the identification of personnel to fill all vacancies on the contract and coordinates the efforts of subcontractors and team members.
  • Works with the customer and the team to anticipate and understand changes in the mission and how to adjust to those changes and participates in the negotiation of contract changes.
  • Works independently, or under the general direction of senior level company management, on all phases of performance including contract management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management.
  • Maintains direct accountability for correctness, timeliness, and quality of deliverables for the effort.
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills to all levels of management and the customer.
  • Accountable for Contractor tasks and ensures that tasks are completed within the deadline, are accurately reported to the customer, that contract personnel are qualified to perform the tasks, and potential personnel problems are resolved.
  • Responsible for fostering relationships with all GTMs that are serviced by the contract


Qualifications

Required

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph required.
  • 12 years of cumulative experience required, including a minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing project management (PM) responsibilities, managing projects of similar size and scope, and managing/supervising intelligence analysts and technical staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, military history, political science, international relations, security studies, or other related social science disciplines; an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a large, dispersed team with different specialties.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing timely reports, issuing resolutions, and demonstrated experience in meeting project timelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks
  • Working knowledge of the customer processes, programs, and policies
  • Expert representational, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products.
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government
  • Expert skills using MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of information management systems.
  • Familiarity with data management systems (NGT, GoogleEarth, Arc Viewer).

Desired

  • Current PMP certification
  • Familiarity with DOW OB and MIDB.
  • Ability to drive performance in a team environment with an emphasis on innovation and automation.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
