Construction Quality Assurance Technician

• Testing and consulting services for new construction projects and the built environment; including quality assurance observation and specialized testing, assisting Project Managers with field and reporting tasks, among other facilities-related services
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
• Performing field and laboratory testing
• Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

• High school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred
• 2 years of related building enclosure or construction field inspection experience preferred
• Professional certifications (EIFS, ICC, NRCA, IIBEC, Certified Installer/Applicator, etc.) would go a long way
• Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed
