Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician @ RUSK Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Brooklyn

This position is accountable for providing day-to-day medical care, rehabilitation team guidance, and medical leadership for inpatient rehabilitation unit. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of inpatient rehabilitation management. The position reports directly to the Rehabilitation Medicine Chief of Service. The position includes participation on relevant departmental and hospital committees as assigned. Weekend (1 in 4) on-call rotation is required. Dedicated IM Hospitalists cover medical needs of patients during evenings and overnight.

Candidates must be Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. A current, active and unrestricted Medical Doctorate (MD) or Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license to practice in NY and current DEA License is required. Salary range: $225,000-$235,000. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
