7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sat - Tues

This warehouse position plays a critical role in order fulfillment, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and overall distribution center operations. Every box packed and every order scanned keeps the supply chain moving.

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, sort, and scan inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
• Maintain organized inventory flow and follow detailed instructions
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Perform basic computer tasks to log inventory and order details
• Keep workstations clean, clear, and safe
• Step in where needed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Mon - Fri

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sat - Tues

With Staffmark, you're more than an employee filling an Operations Supervisor role - you're a respected team member from day one. This position supports logistics, import/export compliance, freight documentation review, and departmental leadership in a high-accountability environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct supervision and control of departmental logistics and customs operations
• Develop and maintain excellent customer service for internal and external customers
• Review shipment documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements, for regulatory compliance
• Compute duties, tariffs, weight, volume, and price conversions for international shipments
• Communicate with customs officials to secure freight release and resolve delays
• Establish, monitor, and revise customs clearance policies and service standards
• Maintain performance statistics and monitor team KPIs
• Identify client import/export process concerns through audits and team performance monitoring
• Conduct staff meetings to review performance, improvements, and operational updates
• Address employee performance concerns in accordance with personnel policies
• Assist with staff retention and training initiatives
• Maintain flexible scheduling, including occasional after-hours on-call rotation
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on progress updates and departmental initiatives

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of logistics or export experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of ITAR, Import Brokerage, Export Compliance, Hazmat Regulations, and recordkeeping
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and hold team members accountable
• Strong customer-focused mindset
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based systems, and job-specific software applications
