Job Summary
We are seeking aManager, AI Delivery to lead the delivery of agentic AI solutions, automation initiatives, and small application development efforts, while providing direct and indirect people leadership across delivery teams. This role combines delivery ownership, technical fluency, and team leadership to ensure AI and automation work moves predictably from intake through execution into stable, supported solutions. The AI Delivery Manager partners with engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and external partners to plan work, manage execution, develop talent, and deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate is comfortableleading technical teams, making pragmatic delivery decisions, and operating in environments where requirements evolve and AI solutions mature through iteration. This is a hybrid role in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) with the expectation to be onsite two tothree days per week. Preference will be given to local talent. #LI-EK1 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,200.00 to $193,600.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
