POSITION SUMMARY: The Division Supply Chain Quality Technician functions within a matrixed organization, reporting directly to the Division Supply Chain Quality Manager and dot-line matrixed to the factory Quality Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the factory by monitoring factory operation (including the Receiving dock) to identify supplier products delayed due to nonconformances, paperwork, shipping issues, etc. and take appropriate actions to reconcile whatever issues are negatively affecting the availability of supplier parts. Reconciliation actions may include escalation to the appropriate Supply Chain Quality Engineer. RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be responsible for accomplishing the following:
