What you'll do:

The Warehouse and Receiving Supervisor supports daily casino operations by overseeing the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods for all departments, including Gaming, Food and Beverage, Hotel, Facilities, Security, IT, and Retail. This role ensures all incoming and outgoing materials follow internal controls, regulatory requirements, and established casino procedures. The supervisor leads the warehouse team, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures that materials are handled safely, efficiently, and securely.

A day in your life:



  • Oversee all inbound deliveries, ensuring shipments are accurate, complete, and in acceptable condition
  • Verify purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation in accordance with casino internal controls
  • Ensure proper handling and logging of restricted or sensitive items such as gaming equipment and high-value inventory
  • Supervise daily warehouse functions including storage, sorting, labeling, and internal distribution to departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and property standards across all warehouse areas
  • Maintain proper storage conditions for perishable, hazardous, and high-value items
  • Conduct regular cycle counts & assist with inventory audits
  • Investigate variances and report discrepancies to leadership
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the property management system
  • Lead, train, coach, and schedule warehouse and receiving team members
  • Provide performance feedback and support employee development
  • Work closely with all casino departments to ensure smooth distribution of supplies
  • Support special events, promotions, and casino- wide projects requiring coordinated material distribution
  • Ensure all receiving and warehouse activities follow State gaming regulations & casino control
  • Maintain audit- ready documentation
  • Other duties as assigned



What you'll bring to the team:



  • 2-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems and workflows
  • Casino or regulated environment experience
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board

Work Environment:



  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift to access equipment and support operational needs across the property.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/ product weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires the ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.
  • Must be able to work in a 24/7 casino environment, including exposure to gaming floor conditions such as noise, lights, and frequent walking between departments.
