As an Administrative Assistant IV at Enbridge, you will be providing high-level administrative support to one or more Vice Presidents. We are looking for a candidate with superior organizational skills, strong judgment, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling executive leaders to focus on strategic initiatives.

Here's what you will do:

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule highvolume meetings, coordinate logistics, and proactively resolve conflicts.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by developing agendas, gathering briefing materials, and coordinating followups.
  • Support executives with time management by prioritizing requests and maintaining awareness of upcoming deadlines, commitments, and leadership needs.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Vice Presidents and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Coordinate crossdepartmental communication and ensure timely dissemination of information.

Project & Operations Support

  • Support invoice processing, purchase requisitions, and expense report management in Oracle.

Event & Meeting Management

  • Organize onsite and offsite meetings, workshops, team retreats, and leadership events.
  • Manage logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and travelrelated documentation for VPs and leadership teams.

Office & Administrative Efficiency

  • Provide support to other administrative staff and act as a resource for best practices and guidance.

Who you are:

You have:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting senior leadership or executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Oracle).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service focus, multi-tasking and strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Company paid international relocation assistance is not offered for this role.
