Principle Engineering Technician

The Principal Engineering Technician will act as a leader and mentor to new technicians, by providing technical expertise in problem analysis and solutions utilizing complex instrumentation and software. This will entail performing a wide variety of the most complex technical tasks to support, design, develop, modify and improve equipment, tools, processes, product, procedure and documentation. We seek a leader open to new ideas that will serve as a champion for change.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree with 7 years of relevant technician experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience applying and interpreting complex specifications, requirements, and standards.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Ability to generate documents, spreadsheet data analysis, test software and complex block diagram creation.
  • Fully proficient in the application and interpretation of complex specifications, requirements, contracts, policies, standards and practices.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Leads by initiative and example.

Additional Information:

  • Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
