Primary Duties

1. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, providing basic functional area support. Greets, screens, and directs visitors to the appropriate contact person.
2. Performs systems-based data entry.
3. Maintains inventory, orders, and stocks office supplies.
4. Processes invoices for payment and tracks expenses.
5. Coordinates, schedules, and arranges appointments, meetings, and related travel.
6. Coordinates facility maintenance and housekeeping needs by notifying appropriate internal staff or external vendors.
7. Organizes, processes, and prepares detailed records and files.
8. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and delivery services.
9. Identifies procedural issues and recommends solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
2. Minimum of one (1) year of administrative or general office experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and/or external customers, and exchange information as required.

NUMERIC SKILLS: Requires the ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Requires a working knowledge of business computer applications to create and update standardized documents and reports.

WORK CONDITIONS:
1. Works in an indoor environment.
2. Requires the ability to perform physical activities, including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
