We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity.We're seeking a proven Head of Commercial Digital Channels & Client Integrations to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Commercial digital channels and client integration solutions, including the commercial online banking platform, secure file transmission/host-to-host, client-facing APIs, ERP/TMS integrations and connectors, and client connectivity/onboarding tooling. The Head of Commercial Digital Channels & Client Integrations will drive end-to-end product outcomes-balancing security and regulatory requirements with usability and speed-while partnering across technology, operations, info security, risk/compliance, sales, implementations, and client success. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader with 10+ years of treasury management experience in a product management role with a strong technology background and a demonstrated track record of execution skills. Deep understanding of the fintech and payments space is critical. Key Result Areas: * Own multi-year strategy and OKRs for online banking, file transmission services, APIs, and ERP/TMS connectivity. * Build and manage a data-driven roadmap balancing client value, risk, resiliency, and ROI. * Define and track product KPIs (adoption, onboarding cycle time, revenue enablement, etc.). * Lead product direction for client onboarding and connectivity: SFTP/host-to-host, ERP connectors, file mapping, and format standards (NACHA, ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX, BAI2, EDI 820). * Partner with corporate clients to develop custom integration solutions. * Work closely with fintechs, and ERP/TMS providers (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Coupa, Kyriba, GTreasury) to define repeatable integration patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks. * Lead strategy for client and user entitlements across various Treasury Management solutions and platforms. * Manage all aspects of BAU enhancements, including UAT testing, client-facing collateral updates, training, client communications, and internal communications. * Enhance core experiences across payments (ACH, wires, RTP/FedNow where applicable), liquidity, reporting, entitlements, approvals, alerts, and audit trails. * Embed risk and regulatory requirements into product design. * Champion segregation of duties, role-based entitlements, dual approval, and auditability throughout the client journey. * Develop pricing/packaging, value narratives, and GTM plans in partnership with Sales and Marketing. * Responsible for product P&L. * Lead client migrations off legacy platforms and drive adoption of modern APIs and ISO 20022 capabilities. * Enable internal teams with training, collateral, demos, FAQs, and implementation guides. * Lead cross-functional working groups; manage third-party vendors/fintechs and platform partnerships. * Represent the bank with key clients and at industry forums as the subject-matter expert * Perform additional duties as required Qualifications: * 10+ years combined product management experience in commercial banking, fintech, or payments. * Proven ownership of digital channels (online banking, file transmission, APIs) from concept to scale. * Deep fluency in payment rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT; plus RTP/FedNow a plus) and file/data standards (NACHA, ISO 20022 pain/camt, SWIFT MT/MX, BAI2, EDI 820). * Practical knowledge of security & identity (TLS, SSH, PGP/GPG, OAuth 2.0, mTLS, SAML/SSO, MFA) and user entitlements. * Experience integrating with ERP/TMS ecosystems and/or Payments-as-a-Service * Strong API product skills: developer portals, documentation, SDKs, versioning, SLAs, analytics, rate limiting, and deprecation. * Comfortable partnering with Risk, Compliance, InfoSec, and Audit; strong control mindset. * Exceptional communication and executive presence; able to translate technical trade-offs into business outcomes. * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications are a plus. Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $160,000 - $200,000.
