Advisor-Digital Product

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Leads strategic initiatives across digital platforms and omni-channel experiences by aligning business goals with technical execution. Drive product innovation, manage complex cross-functional projects, and provides thought leadership in digital strategy.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Own and manage product backlog and roadmap for key digital initiatives.
2. Lead cross-functional collaboration to define and deliver strategic product enhancements.
3. Act as a key liaison between business leaders and development teams.
4. Define and oversee acceptance criteria and oversee feature releases.
5. Guide Agile planning cycles and manage delivery timelines.
6. Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with design, marketing, and customer experience teams.
8. Analyze market trends and digital innovations to inform strategy.
9. Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
10. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum experience
* Five (5) years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or project leadership
Knowledge, skills and abilities
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital platforms.
* Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN and Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
