IT Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex, material change projects that span multiple business units. The Project Manager will lead and direct work efforts, integrate various work streams, and serve as the primary point of contact to deliver the intended project solution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timeline, and budget/expenses
• Obtain and align resources to key project roles, establishing clear responsibilities and accountabilities
• Lead and oversee project execution, integration, and implementation
• Conduct risk management and mitigation planning
• Manage readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure quality assurance and that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
• Act as a Program Manager on an interim basis if required

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management
• Proven experience managing and delivering high-complexity projects across multiple departments and business units
• Ability to manage, lead, and direct the work efforts of project resources
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to represent or deputize for senior project stakeholders where required

Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
