Responsibilities & Expectations: The Corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance Manager supports enterprise occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance processes through execution, documentation management, reporting, and system administration. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, regulatory reporting support, third-party qualification management, and training compliance tracking across all IPS operating units. The position plays a critical support role in maintaining regulatory readiness and documentation integrity while partnering with HSE Directors and Regional HSE leaders. This role is primarily administrative and systems-focused, with structured support responsibilities rather than enterprise compliance leadership authority. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory reporting readiness, and alignment with internal and external requirements across all IPS operations.
