The Role Reporting to the President & CEO of Saint John's Health Center Foundation (SJHCF) , the Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO) is a senior executive leader responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive philanthropy strategy in support of Saint John's Health Center's mission, values, and strategic priorities. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CPO will help shape and advance SJHCF's strategic plan while fostering a strong culture of philanthropy, stewardship, and community partnership. This role leads the development of a unified, high-performing, and agile foundation that leverages best practices, technology, and business intelligence to deliver transformative philanthropic support. The CPO collaborates closely with the Foundation Board, health center leadership, physicians, caregivers, volunteers, donors, and community partners to inspire philanthropy and ensure long-term organizational sustainability. Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
