Job Summary
Under close supervision, the Onboarding Coordinator, Talent Acquisition provides administrative support to recruiters, applicants, employees, and hiring leaders throughout the pre-employment process. The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for preparation for new employee orientation and day-of-orientation tasks. The Onboarding Coordinator processes new hire paperwork, creates new hire/rehire employment records, assists with employee file compliance projects, and coordinates with other internal departments to ensure new employee's successful onboarding. *This job is partially remote; successful candidate must live in the Denver metro area. Essential Functions:
Responsible for all pre-employment criteria including background checks, E-Verify, new hire documentation, verifications, and applicant workflow steps in the applicant tracking system to meet policy and regulatory compliance. (40%) Supports the recruitment, pre-employment, and onboarding process, including providing excellent customer service to candidates, hiring leaders, recruiters, vendors, and other internal/external partners. Reviews minimum qualification to determine hiring eligibility, and problem-solves as circumstances change. (30%) Coordinates new employee orientation including pre-work, system/network access, collaboration with the Badging Office, roster distribution, and attendance. (20%) Makes recommendations to improve processes and implement new program and/or procedures as part of process improvement teams. (10%)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to problem-solve by following established procedures and propose solutions to common problems for review. Demonstrate professional and operational knowledge of the multiple HR functional areas. Maintains a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Able to meet stringent deadlines. Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures in Human Resources. Proficient in MS Office applications, preferably with Excel. Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably with Infor or Workday. Experience with Application Tracking Systems, preferably Infor or Workday. Experience with E-Verify preferred.
