Job DescriptionOperating under the broader umbrella of TSTC's mission, the Associate Program Lead for Nursing plays a pivotal role in facilitating faculty-student relationships, ensuring that the program achieves its performance outcomes. Reporting to the Program Team Lead of Nursing and the campus Provost offices, this role requires a strategic balance of leadership prowess, humanity, and rigorous performance focus. The Associate Program Lead for Nursing, while managing some responsibilities of the Program Team Lead, will predominantly focus on supporting the program's leadership. The role also encompasses coordination with cross-functional departments to promote TSTC's mission.The anticipated mid-range salary for this position is $86,880.40, plus full state benefits and generous time off. Actual starting salary will be determined upon background and experience.
