Job Title: Coordinator, Operations

About the Role:

As a Coordinator, Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of operational activities within the organization. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, projects, and administrative duties to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established processes and procedures.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects, initiatives, and activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to mitigate challenges.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to operational activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within operational workflows and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement changes and enhancements aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments, teams, and individuals involved in operational activities.
  • Ensure effective communication of key updates, changes, and milestones related to operational projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably in an operations or project management environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The pay range for this position starts at $30.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered
