Investor Services Operations - Conducts, analyzes, and reports on transfer agency operations activities for clients of high complexity. Leads client onboarding and internal conversions. Conducts key metric reporting. Consults and provides oversight to daily Transfer Agency processes. Assists management in the day to day operations of the business. Resolves the most complex escalated issues. Develops and updates review processes and procedures to reduce risk and enhance efficiency. Updated key controls/processes to identify potential risk. Leads project management for the most complex initiatives and/or onboarding new, complex clients. Develops relationships with technology and line of business teams as Subject Matter Experts to develop business requirements and test development. Analyzes business data to identify trends to mitigate risk or enhance client relationships. Identifies and develops new products/services to increase revenue.May lead client engagement regarding new products, services, or key business changes. Provides commentary on industry trends. Represents the department at key business meetings such as technology development priority and client engagementsNo direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced team members as neededContributes to the achievement of related teams objectives.Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.5-7 years of total work experience preferred. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. | |
